CEO responds……….what if we don’t and they stay?
Something to think about.
Train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don’t want to. Investment on employees is direct investment on organization.
For CEO, answer ; he push CFO to develop the people as a whole , finally developing people which enrich balance sheet of the enterprise & create sustainable business in a highly dramatic changeable business world.
I fully support this idea : Train the people and manage them very well. If people leave the company it is because of weak management or lazy company policies.
